How about Dominic James 25 points and 7 assists to lead MU over Duke in 06. Scored like 10 points in like a 2 minute span to close them out.

DWade.  @ Louisville.  February, 2003.  28 points, 8 boards, 7 assists, 1 steal, 2 blocks to lead the Warriors back from a 19 point deficit.

Almost seemed like there's two or three of Jae on the court.  He always knew where to be.

Got to see the game live today, which is a traet being 1,000 miles from campus. Told my wife it was a little sad that this would be the last time I'd be able to see DJO and Jae play in person. She noted afterward that I certainly couldn't feel bad about how either of them did in the last game we'd be able to see. Amen to that. But then that leads to the thought that they were 2/3 of our offense and what, oh what will happen after they leave???

Jae's performance today is certainly in the pantheon, along with DWade's triple double vs. KY, Cubes 6 treys vs. GTown, Hutchins in the double OT vs. L'Ville, and Novak hanging 40+ against UConn.

DoggyDaddy

I think Jae has even a bigger game--maybe several--in him before he goes to the NBA. BE POY!

I'd nominate Diener single handedly beating UW at the BC his senior year. I think he scored 35 and about 33 of them were on the same play.

UW went to the elite 8 that year IIRC.

What's funny is that if the horrible Milwaukee Bucks had simply drafted a MU guy every year in the last 3 they'd be in better shape than they are now.  I guess there are two messages in that statement.  If I'm a GM, Jae can play 8-10 minutes on my team any day.

Was going to go w/ Novak against Uconn until I was reminded of this one, shot the lights out

Not too many stats to put to it, but Jimmy Butler's defensive performance against Tu Holloway was one of the best MU performances I've seen in quite some time.

When Buzz put Butler on Kemba Walker last year in Hartford, he shut Walker fown and that turned the game around.  Shutting down the guy who single-handedly won the Big East and NCAA tournaments was very impressive to me.

Hobbes:  What's misunderstood about you?
Calvin:  Nobody thinks I'm a genius.
