DOH!  Why didn't I think of that before!?!  I actually just capped it at 15 (it was at 50), to keep things safe.  So...for tomorrow the first 15 in win...  8)  I'll up it again once we get the new system in place.

Rocky can you set up more than one chat room?  That way folks that can't get in can engage in another room.

I don't think it is a limitation of the chat room stuff but rather the server account maxes us out at around 20 processes total.  Each chat room connection is a separate process hence the 17-18ish virtual limit imposed.  Adding a second room would only disperse the 17/18 connections across the two rooms.

BUT have no fear, we are working on this and should have it all fixed in the short term.  We thank you VERY much for your patience and apologize for any frustration....

OK...new strategy...I've got the user database transfered over to the new server, and chat installed.  So we'll use chat on the new server tonight, you'll just have to log in again when you get there.   I've got it set for up to 50 users...we'll see how it does!

Only ever got up to 19 users...but the new server handled it without blinking.  Good things to come.  Thanks to all who joined in!  See 'ya on Sat!
