Do you check a guys stats to see if he is worthy of your response.   6836 (5.517 per day) Registered user.  get a job

Don't worry Paddy, he's not criticizing what that other poster was saying per say.  He's implying that he's another poster that Chicos has issues with--hiding behind a new login name.  To me, that's even more creepy for Chicos to be that paranoid than how many posts a day he has.

Of course, this thread started because he's still talking about Marquette.

However, you bring up the precise reason his association with Marquette makes me want to puke. I would give back our 2003 Final Four appearance to be rid of his association with Marquette. I am 100 percent serious. Having his name connected to Marquette basketball cheapens our proud tradition. His personality, actions, appearance, social climbing, etc. are the complete opposite of everything Marquette basketball is about. He's a total fake.

For 50 years, Marquette basketball has always been about genuine characters. Even Dukiet was a better person...by leaps and bounds.

Man, that's a lot of hate right there.

I wouldn't trade anything for that final 4 run. It was the highlight of my college/slightly after college experience.

I had more fun watching that team than anything else. Our whole social calender was based on MU hoops for 2 years. (01-02, 02-03). Everything we did was planned around the next game. It was a great time to be 21/22. No worries, and some great fun at the BC and watching the games on TV with my friends.

Seriously, if Mike Deane had been at MU for all of my years, it would have been an entirely different (and likely less fun) experience.

I have no problems whatsoever with them or how many posts they have, but there have been a few adolescents the last few months that just keep recycling over and over and over again, sending threatening emails, etc.  You can pick them out very easily...these are not very intelligent people.  Which begs the question where my bestest pal is?

Yup, that Final Four run was so critical for the university, the fans, etc....especially those of us 2000 miles away.  It was everything.  I tip my hat at the man that "got lucky" with Wade and managed to beat Kentucky, Pittsburgh, Missouri, Holy Cross despite being a terrible recruiter, terrible coach and the worst human being on the planet.

I'll never forget the Final Four.

WTF?

I am far from a Crean apologist, but appreciate what he did.  The Final Four was the most fun I have had as a Marquette fan (in person).

Don't worry about PRN.  He is not quite right in the head.

I was over Crean the day he left.  Always hated his offensive sets.  But remember this.  He is part of that self promoter coach that we now see everywhere.  Going on twitter is indeed a promotion, aimed at 18 Yr olds wearing size 13's. Crean can't coach, but he knows how to play the game.  Pay attention Buzz.

So you hate Crean, but you want Buzz to be more like him?
