There's the one scholarship opening they were looking for.

Good luck, maybe a Hampton, VCU, Richmond, Old Dominion for the young fella.

Wonder where his brothers are headed to, maybe they'll head somewhere together.

I guess the writing was on the wall there.  I do hope the best for you, Jamal!  Hope to see you have success wherever you end up!
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

Good luck to him wherever he chooses to go. Hopefully this means that Blue and Otule are here to stay.

With no disrespect to Jamal, I think the more appropriate title for this thread is "Chris Otule to Return"
Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

Good luck, Jamal.  With Jamal and Jake (not that he was a real scholly issue), we are set.  If Chris doesn't come back, Mayo transfers or Vander goes early, I am confident Buzz has a plan in place.

Good luck and best wishes. PT wasn't here for him, and better guys were coming in behind him.

So we're even on scholarships, and now have an opening if Blue leaves OR Otule doesn't return OR anyone else leaves OR anyone doesn't enroll.  LOL at those who were panicked about being one over for months now - if you live by that and never, ever stop recruiting you self-impose scholarship penalties on the program for your own failure to recruit.

That's too bad. He's going to be a good player for someone.

Best of luck to him.

I had high hopes for his ability to contribute down the line. I think he'll be a good player for someone. Best of luck.

Umm...nice try, Ricky Bobby.

Sucks; I for one was impressed with his offensive talent in limite minutes.  While you can always say there are better people coming in; bottom line is he still would have had a full year of practice and acclimation into the program to speak of. Freshman don't have that.

Here's hoping mayo, blue and otule return!!!

Well, I really didn't see anything there that can't be replaced.  He committed pretty early - just at the start of his junior season.  He seemed to have peaked early as he was ranked in the top 70 when he verballed, but fell off after he graduated.

Thought he would turn into a good player for MU in the future.  Good luck, Jamal, wherever you go.  At least he can always say he played on an Elite Eight team.

Not surprising....we spent more time on here speculating that Tokoto would transfer then one of our own.

Best of luck to Mr. Ferguson.

At least 4 open scholarships after next year, big recruiting year for Buzz again, timing is perfect, PR can not be better.  Can Buzz get into a Top 10 household besides Looney next
year?
