Looked like they were looking for Jamil one on one so he could drive to the basket, but he put the ball right in front of the defender. It was on Jamil not the play.

Well that was ugly...not the best showing by my guy - Dawson - he looks tight...which is too bad, because this was a game by virtue of Derrick's 2 fouls, where he got extended run..and no need to be tight.  Though 2 of his fouls were the result of providing help defense...but turnovers weren't good...

So what you're saying is that if MU played better, they'd be better.

I think what they're saying is if they cut out the avoidable, unforced, mental errors MU might have a more comfortable margin and ultimately more wins.

This team is maddening.  They do such dumb crap intermixed with heady ball.  Hard to figur out how they can be that stupid when it counts.  Steal ball, call TO for final shot....go to the corner, turn it over and then watch an opponent drive the length of the floor for a layup at the buzzer.  Just like Nova and just like Nova MU is lucky it worked out.

true, but the fact this wasn't an anomaly but the norm. And it isn't just this years team, but the norm. Is the issue.

I guess the only time it worked was telling everyone to get out of Vander's way. But I could draw that up.

MU up 24 to 12 at eleven minute mark.  Downhill from there.

MU shooting 48%
SH shooting 60%, but 3 for 8 from fts.  Difference in game.

MU doubling again and SH making threes after kickouts 6 for 9 from three.  Ever end?

Jamil has 16
Gardner has 8
Juan was 3 for 4 and has 6.

DWil had 5 assist in like six minutes, Dawson (Curly Neal) had 4 turnovers, 3 fouls.

Both teams had 10 turnovers and it was ugly.

No Burton (pulled after one shot miss), JJJ for a minute, no Taylor.

Jamil was great on offense, but gave SH at least 8 points on passes, etc.

Bad Jamil pass, leads to a three.

Gardner just got burned again on defense, then stuffed with a forced shot.  UGH..........

DWil with two fouls.

Was 16 to 6 when Otule went out.
And your point is that Otule is the man? Did not score in first half and had one rebound. Next time he came in we were ahead by 5 and we lost the lead. Give it a rest.

Jamil was great...until Seton Hall played a guy right in his face.  And Jamil can't get around him.

We didn't choke the lead away. We got out to a big lead because a guy got really hot, and then they got hot to get back in it. It's college basketball. A 10 point lead with 30 minutes to go means "jack... squat" (said like Matt Foley)
