Sad.  Love that show and loved him as Chef.

Bernie Mac also passed away.

I'll never forget in 2003, FOX wanted Bernie to sing the 7th inning stretch at game 6 of the NLCS to promote his new show and because he was from Chicago.  Cubs fans hated this as Bernie Mac is a well known Sox fan.

It only got worse when Mac declared, "it's root, root, root for the CHAMPIONS!" during the stretch.  An inning later the Marlins put an 8 spot on the board and Steve Bartman became a legend.

Rest in peace Mr. 3000 2999.
