My wife and I were driving past Open Pantry yesterday and saw Chris Otule walking across Wells.  I wasn't sure if it was him or not at first, so I leaned out my window (as my wife yelled at me to pay attention to the road) and yelled "Chris!" to see if he'd turn around.  He did, and I ducked into the car as he searched to see who had been yelling at him.  I don't think he saw me, and I giddily sped away.

P.S.  The weight training must be working.  He looks like he's bulked up significantly, compared to earlier pictures I have seen.
