NBA Pre-Draft Rumors Thread
« on: June 23, 2008, 05:09:25 PM »
I guess I'll start this thread especially as it pertains to former MU stars.

The first one is Indiana's JO to Toronto for TJ Ford.

Con: Though Diener didn't start, it will cut into his time even more especially if Tinsley is not dealt.

Pro: With Ford's injury history, Diener will be a great backup (again).

Diener's future in the NBA is a back-up.  That said, he should get pt backing up Ford as opposed to a more established, less injury-prone player than Ford.

What about this potential deal - the Bulls trade Hinrich, Gordon, and Tyrus Thomas to the Bucks for Redd and the #8 pick.  I do it in a heartbeat if I'm the Bulls, not so sure it makes sense for the Bucks.  Thoughts?

I'd give Redd and Mo Williams away for a lot less. They both suck sewer water. Throw Charlie V., Simmons, Bell, and Gadzuric under the bus as well.

rumor has it there is a trade deal between Miami and Chicago that would send some of Chicago's excess back court to Miami for some of Miami's excess front court which would make Miami more likely to draft Beasley if they did have any questions about picking him up 2nd in the draft.

Hinrich, Gordon, and Thomas all blow too.  The Bucks aren't getting much in that trade either.

If I am the Bucks coach or GM or anyone in the head office... everyone is up for trade except Andrew Bogut, and now Joe Alexander

well I guess I'll keep Richard Jefferson too now that we got him for Yi and Bobby Simmons... thank goodness Bobby Simmons is off the team, if that wasn't a waste of a ton of money, and same goes with Yi... just a bad bad pick.  You knew he wasn't going to be good when in workouts he refused to go against anything except a fold-out chair.
