Crean's approach has varied from slow to fast, from set plays to free flowing. At the core, though, has been the essential intensity and selflessness he demands. If guys aren't playing hard and together, they're not going to be playing for long.

I guess this is a classic case of do as I say not as I do. The concept of selflessness and togetherness are preached though not practiced by that self-centered, egotistical crap bag.
