Terms of the deal...6 year contract?

I haven't seen anything offical, but apparently a 6 year contract was given to Buzz.  I know some are horrified at that, but that is the proper term.  You have to give a coach at least 5 years to cover the class that he signs to play for him.  Adding a 6th year is just a way for a school to say "we're really really really" behind you without having to commit to that much more.

The length of the term doesn't bother me, not if we want to give Buzz every chance to succeed.

I have not heard any financial arrangements and I suspect MU will do what they always do, not release those.  It will be via his tax records in which the press will ultimately reveal how much Buzz is being paid.  I would guess somewhere in the $850 to $900K range, but that's a wild guess.
