PRN Ambulance
« on: April 08, 2008, 09:38:43 AM »
So I'm driving home last night from Carlsbad on vacation and I'm behind an ambulance that says PRN Ambulance.

I wish I had my camera PRN, this was before we officially hired Buzz but I knew it was an hour or so away.

I figured if anyone needed a PRN ambulance it was PRN.   ;D

Not an ambulance, but I find it shocking.

Like I have said, I'm 100 percent positive he's a better person than Crean. I liked what I heard on that brief interview clip. But I have a hard time understanding how we're giving our job to a guy from Texas, with no recruiting base in the Midwest. It seems to me we were afraid to lose a recruiting class we've already basically lost.

Chicos -- I'd be interested to hear what you think.

He will need to get assistants that specialize in various regions.
The shaka sign, sometimes known as "hang loose", is a gesture of friendly intent often associated with Hawaii and surf culture.

PRN

I'm underwhelmed and disappointed.  I said last week MU had to sac up and get someone that created a buzz.  I know you didn't like Crean, but I loved what Crean did for MU and I want a guy like Crean coaching our team.  Whether I like the guy or not is irrelevent, it takes a guy, in my opinion, like Crean to get through all the clutter in a pro town, etc.  You need a brash guy, an arrogant SOB that is going to make the people stand up and take notice.  That might piss some people off, but who gives a squirt.  I'm sorry, that's the way I feel.

I will get behind Buzz and wish him nothing but success, what else can we do.  For as much crap as Crean took, I will be surprised if this guy can create half the buzz he did and that's the name of the game at a place like MU, at least to be noticed nationally.  That's the truly depressing part about Crean leaving, the national love goes bye bye.
