Once you sign a national LOI are other schools and coaches allowed to recruit you??  According to Rosiaks' article Tyshawn Taylor said alot of shools were contacting him.  Is that allowed under NCAA rules?

They are contacting his coach

They are not allowed to directly contact him.  However, they can call his coach (Hurley) and express interest.  And then his coach can tell him all about the conversations, and even call people back.

It's a twisted world.
