Keeyan Half Court Dunks

Looks to be a great hire.
Coach at Oklahoma, 33 years old
Played at Duke
Father was a good coach at Old Dominion.
Good recruiter that shows he can recruit both guards and bigs:
Recruited Scottie Reynolds and Daimon James who left after Kelvin Sampson was fired.
Recruited current stud big man Blake Griffin who will prob be leaving after this year.

Why would he leave the Big 12 and Oklahoma?

Just signed an extension last week at OU

Not going to happen.  The word from Okie land

Crean just signed a 10 year extension last year.  So we should know how ironclad those extensions given to college coaches are.

It is attractive because football is king at OK, here basketball is king.
He is likely losing his best player to the NBA draft.
The BEAST is a better conference than the Big 12.

The BEAST is a better conference than the Big 12, it's a lot tougher...a lot tougher to succeed.  I can't see a guy that is doing so-so in the Big 12 ready to come to the Big East.  JMO
