4ever - This is business.  We often bleed for our employer and then a better offer comes along and it is time to move on.  I dont fault Crean for leaving us.  I am just upset that he is gone.  Change is part of life.  I know you are scared, but we will be fine.

If Crean wanted to leave so bad, why did IU have to overpay?
