Bottom line I am a MU fan, Crean meant nothing to me before he came and means nothing to me now.  He was a poor coach, an average recruiter, and seemed like a jackass. 

There is a risk we do not hire someone as capable but here is also a tremendous opportunity to hire someone significantly better.

he talked a good game that a lot of people ate up, including the majority of the people on this board from what i've gathered, but i could be wrong. the diet pepsi will be flowing in Indiana, as will the ties about 6 inches too long! the man talked a good game and did some above average recruiting, but when it came to game time, all he did was pace up and down the floor & never effectively work an official.
