I just wanted to stop by and congratulate Marquette and their fans for a very nice win over my Cats. Best of luck today with Stanford. They are only a 3 point favorite & it is basically a home game for them. You handled our defense very well & I doubt your Golden Eagles face a tougher one.

Very classy move by James expressing kind words to Joe Crawford after his final game in a UK uniform.

Now, go win the whole damn tournament.....GO, GO, Golden Eagles...

Thanks for the visit and the kind words.  Leading up to the game, all I heard was how UK fans were delusional idiots.  Must be a lot of Louisville fans around because I've seen just the opposite, great fans with a lot of class.

Thanks UK fan.

One note, it was D. James not Matthews who showed the class.

Originally I posted it was James congratulating Crawford & over 50 Golden Eagles fans saw my original post. I was sure it was James but UK fans like to be accurate so I double checked. I changed it to Matthews after I found the article below on Yahoo. Notice  « Last Edit: Today at 05:20:55 PM by UK Mike »

So when Crawford picked up his fifth foul and walked off of the court, the crowd rose to its feet and applauded, and Marquette’s Wesley Matthews followed him all the way to Kentucky’s bench.
“He put his heart out there on the floor,” Matthews said after the game. “I told him to keep his head up.”

Never the less your Golden Eagles played a great game today. Your team left it all on the floor and that's all any fan can ask.

Congratulations on a great run & a great season. Your team showed they can play with anyone. Believe me, I know how you feel. I was rooting just as hard as anyone hoping that last shot would roll off the rim.

I'll hop off here for now because my tooth is hurting.. :D :D

Seriously, keep your head up, next season is just around the bend. I hope we meet soon for the National Championship. Until then, best of luck to you & the Golden Eagles.
