K-State v. UW-Madison
« on: March 22, 2008, 03:36:15 PM »
Very early, but it isn't looking like Wisconsin is gonna have whole lot for Beasly. They may need to actually score some points to win this one. I would very thoroughly enjoy if Wisconsin were eliminated by the time our game tips off.

And the way K-State is defending (or not), it looks like they may be able to.

Now at least K-state will empathize with all of UW-Madison's other opponents.

Double T's on Walker and Butch. I don't know what Walker did to earn it. Looked to me like it just deserved a warning for both of them.

Then I believe Kent has an offensive foul shoving Stiemsma when he tries to post up. If you watch the replay, you can clearly see that Stiemsma delivered a punch to the guy's back as the whistle is blown. Cheap cheap cheap Bo Ryan basketball.

KSU's defense is pathetic and their outside shooting is worse. No chance in this one.

12 minute media timeout and Rodents already whistled for 14 fouls which is their average. Miracle. If only KSU could shoot and defend.

I remember playing against Cleveland Steisma when he was on the Randolph Boys Club.  He was freakishly tall even then.

He's having a helluva game today though.

Refs completely sucking any life out of this game. Just the way Wisconsin fans like it.

Beasley is going to try to take this game over.  There's a look of desperation on his face.

2 fg attempts in second half.  He should get it every time.

Badgers dominate in Beasley's last collegiate game.  We'll have to put our faith in Georgetown to end Davidson's 23 game streak and then take it to the Badgers next week.  Final score of that game should be around 28-24.  Hopefully the Hoyas will come out on top.
