There are 4 crews at each site correct? So since only 2 crews would do the 2nd round at each site, we still might have a chance at no Higgins. I doubt it, seeing as how he's done it so long he'll probably be advanced, but there's hope.

I would agree, there is a good possibility. However, the other two guys working this one worked WVU's game on Thursday as well, so its tough to say. That at least makes me think the chances are lower. Perhaps UCLA will get the honor.

Not "crews" necessarily. Twelve different officials. Their performances are rated, and those that rate highest work the next round, and on down the line. At least that's how I think it works. Seeing 2 of the guys who worked Thursday's WVU game also working this one, along with Never Steady Eddie, gives me hope that we will not be subjected to WC Fields tonight.

Too bad they whistled that pick as a foul. What a joke. Complete flop-job. Paulus is a pansy.

Huggins just got whistled for a T. I like the strategy to get on the refs early before it gets out of hand in Duke's favor.

Far too late. After that Belmont scare, there was no way Duke was going too lose this game. Mr. Hightower and friends achieved that once WV got all the momentum sucked out of them.

Paulus is a bitch.

I LOVED seeing Paulus knocked on his butt. No way that was a foul. Calls like that are why people hate Duke. (Not that there aren't a lot more reasons.)

BTW I'm still convinced Paulus wears makeup to make it look like he's had a black eye all year.

The Dukies have had their problems with the Big East this year. Loosing to PITT, beating us by 4, and currently losing to WV.
