How bad is that court?

Both teams are slipping all over the place.  Someone is going to get hurt.  Is this place a dump?  Does anyone know?

yea, everyone was falling all over the place, wonder how it takes water... interesting to watch the Stanford game, to see how they fare on it.

It's a pretty nice building that isn't that old. But it is a hockey arena 1st and foremost. They place a covering over the ice, and lay the floor on top of it, but they didn't do a good job apparently.

That's correct, it's condensation from the ice below and the air temperature in the building
