How much should I expect to shell out for a ticket?
« on: March 16, 2008, 09:00:24 PM »
I'm thinking about going to the game, but this would be my first Marquette NCAA game.

How much do you think it SHOULD be (good price) for a ticket?

not a clue what a reasonable price is... however stubhub has everything laid out pretty well on their page... here is Anaheim's page

http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/page2/story?page=simmons/NCAA/dayone&sportCat=ncb

pure genius stuff by Bill Simmons, remember to read day 2

I'm looking to buy as well, so why not just watch it at a nice bar and help keep demand low. ;)

Btw, I saw some early eBay tix I'm thinking about hitting...But I'd like to have an idea if they're asking too much.

Contact the Blue and Gold asap. There are tickets, get on the list. Or contact your alum rep if you are an alum.

Against any other opponent you could easily get tickets from scalpers for a discount on game day but Kentucky travels very very well.

If any season ticket holder who isn't coming but wants to sell, I'm your man.  Looking for four, or three, or two, or one.
