My simulation started great... had Louisville over West Virginia in the first bracket... then Kansas over Kansas St in the second bracket (both would be fantastic games with fantastic stories)..... then it got bad, Marquette lost n first round, Wisconsin made final four.....

then the unspeakable, Wisconsin wins the whole thing, is this created by Brent Musberger?... I am done with this simulator.

The first time i did it, it was amazing... I got MU in the final 4 upsetting Memphis but then losing to Mich. St. in the NC  65-64. Obviously this will not happen... but I kind of like this prediction machine...

FWIW i decided not to project out a 2nd time because i didnt want to jinx us...

I had us losing in the second round to Drake.  Winthrop (#15 seed) beat Georgetown in the first round, and George Mason upset Uconn again.  Worst of all, Wisconsin made the finals, and lost by 1 point to Bruce Pearl's team.  Now I have to play again to get a better result...

First time I tried Wisco made the finals :P... You better believe I took a screen shot when we beat UCLA to win it all...You can also just click on a team if you don't want to leave it up to the simulator.

Tried it a few times.  Started off bad with Wisconsin winning it all twice in a row, and Louisville winning the third time.  But then I got the good one.  MU beats UNC in Sweet Sixteen and Wisconsin in the Elite 8 to make the Final Four along with Memphis, Louisville and ND.  MU beats Memphis 80-72, and faces ND in the title game.  MU wins 80-78.

Tried it once (swear to God, no manual manipulation), Mt. St. Mary's knocked off North Carolina in the first round despite having a 2% chance of winning.

They then knocked off Kentucky to go to the Sweet 16

Meanwhile, MU finally knocks them off to go to the Elite 8 to play non other then....BUCKY!!!

And WE beat them to go to the Final Four along with THREE OTHER BI EAST teams.  Villanova, Notre Dame and Louisville.

This thing is F'd up.   ;D

In the Final Four, we win and Notre Dame.  So it's MU vs ND in the championship.

In the final, Notre Dame wins 72-67 to upset Marquette.

Definitely like yours over mine.  Everything happens for a reason.  There are no random occurances.  Go MU!

Despite a #5 seed .. I had to re-simulate 4 times before it got MU out of the first round vs. #12 Ohio State.  Now I feel sick.

My simulation had MU losing to OSU in the first round :o.  On the plus side, UW also lost in the first round.  Also had UConn, Louisville, Vanderbilt, and Xavier in the Final 4, with Xavier beating UConn.

Nice showing by the BE.

My impression is that the simulator is on some sort of controlled substance, or is sleeping-off a nasty hangover this morning and merely going through the motions.

Based on everyones results - this simulator would crash in burn in Vegas.  How many upsets does it pick?

That would definitely make me feel sick ...... very sick.

We better get out of the first round this year!!!

I had very few upsets, especially early on (UMBC over Duke being the biggest, and UMBC to the Sweet 16).  Later rounds saw more upsets.

First try had Marquette winning it all over Xavier.  I'm pretty sure the committee was trying to set up an all Jesuit matchup in the finals for a good storyline.

remember you need to click on the Simulate button in the lower right hand button for a "random" outcome.  Clicking on an individual school guarantees they win that matchup.

My simulation ended up with ND, Georgetown, Pitt, and Wisconsin all in the Final Four, with Georgetown beating Wisconsin for the championship.

What, are they trying to drive our fanbase to insanity?

My first try (I like this thing!):

MU vs Zona (how weird): 68-63
MU vs Stanford: Upset special! 64-63
MU vs Big Mouth Orange TN: Upset special! 71-67
MU in the Final Four!
MU loses to UCLA, 66-59

UCLA vs Wooden's Alma Mater in the Finals. Purdue wins in an upset, 65-62.

I got 6 Big East teams in the Sweet 16 and Marquette and Louisville playing each other in the Final Four.  Marquette won and lost to Texas in the championship game.

I keep getting MU bounced in round 1 or definietly round 2.  I don't know how they come up with these percentages, but I do know one thing.  Mount Saint Mary's does not have a 2% chance of beating UNC.  they do not have a 2% chance of keeping the final score within 15 points.
