Just means they did their hard work earlier in the year.  I still don't think they are more than the fifth best team in the conference.

Norm

The big difference was who both teams played on the road. Both ND and MU lost @ UConn and @ Louisville and both won @ Seton Hall and @ Villanova. However, ND got to play 3 of the 4 worst teams (as of now) on the road, @ Rutgers, @ DePaul and @ S. Florida, while MU only played 1 of the worst 4 on the road, @ St. John's. Big difference was MU had to play West Virginia, Cincinnati and Syrace all on the road, while ND got these middle of the pack teams at home.

Goat Boy is a beast, and McAlarney is very dangerous from long range, but I think in the second round of the tournament ND presents us fewer problems than the other big three in the conference.
