Who was the local celebrity on the jumbotron?

In the 2nd half, they showed what I'm assuming to have been a local celebrity and the place went wild.  I'm not talking about the annoying jumping guy in the suit but some older, portly dude with blondish/ light brown hair and a mustache.  Who was that?

Yeah, I saw Mike McCarthy (and heard the subsequent cheers and boos from Packers/Bears fans in the fan section), but that description doesn't fit him.
