Genuine? Yes and no. I do not think Hurley is genuine 100% of the time, especially when he's talking about Pitino. Calculated, yes. He is a master at working the audience and he uses post game pressers to send messages to his team and other parties.

I was referring specifically to his comments following our win last weekend.

Skirt definition - to intentionally avoid, evade, or bypass a difficult subject, question, or area, often by staying on the periphery rather than confronting it directly.

Going back to alarmingly stupid - "I haven't checked your additional TWO PMs yet because I haven't felt like dealing with the idiocy yet." Seems like skirting to me.

Now that we have alarmingly stupid established, we can move to cowardly. What kind of self respecting, mature person copies and pastes a message in private and then turns around to post it in person? The alarmingly stupid coward himself vander blue.

I did - but the alarmingly stupid coward took my dm, copy and pasted it and posted on the public board. Quite frankly he should be banned for that.
