And I am sure there was absolutely no front-running the 450-point spike in the NASDAQ, because that would be unethical and illegal, and if there is one thing Uday and Qusay have in common with daddy, it's that they are sticklers for the law.

Why would he want to be done with this?  What if you, as an individual investor, had the power to move markets in either direction simply by the statements you made?  Would you give up that power?  No, don't be confused, he certainly does not want this war to end.  It's a platform for him to control markets and print money.  That's why in the before times our leaders would refrain from making statements that could influence the markets.  It was seen as unethical (ha, I know, seems obvious, right?).
