Bo Ellis took classes at Mt Mary while he was going to Marquette to fulfill the requirements of his self-designed Fashion major.

Hell, even I took a UWM summer class as part of my MU major.

So it would not be unprecedented for Norman to take an MU class while attending UWM, and then transfer back for a semester to graduate.
