Sad that Shaka can't let go of Hamilton. Sticks out like a sore thumb every time he's on the court. Would think he's a walk-on if you didn't know.

I'm sure he's a nice guy, but he's closer to being a good player for Concordia than Marquette.

Staggering how bad Chase has been since the first 4 games of the season. Shaka thinking he was good enough to lead this team is so egregious. Our offense might be better with him OFF the floor, I genuinely might rather have Tre out there than him, at the very least Tre moves the basketball and doesn't throw up a high volume of grossly inefficient shots. Or commit a stupid amount of live-ball turnovers for no reason.

Ben is hobbled and Clark fumbled the one pass he received.  Can't play Parham at the 5 the whole game.  Caedin has to play.

Part of the reason our defense looks bad is because other teams have offensive systems that create open shots.  MU does not.  It has an offensive system that creates obvious and contested shots.  Therefore other defenses look good.

Think we are playing w good effort and making some shots on offense. James is really good and he feels like a tough BE guard.

Not a fan of Ben on the defensive high pick and roll away from the hoop.

We can hang here if we continue to play hard. Think we have improved over past few weeks also. Doesn't change need for portal help but good sign.
