I'm up for anything that will help Marquette. A voodoo doc told me to sacrifice a virgin, but there aren't any within a hundred miles of where I live. So that's out.
Wild horses couldn't drag me into either political party, but for very different reasons.

I've tried thoughts and prayers, but I draw the line at hoping Congress will do something.

We're really going to need those thoughts and prayers if Congress actually does do something.

Usually, the less Congress does is better for me.

Marquette could become the poster child for this act.

NIL and Transfer Portal Special is on ESPN 2 now.

It started out about NIL for the 1st part.
Then stated talking about the Transfer Portal 2nd part.

The Show is called Paid To Play

NIL and Transfer Portal Soecial on now on ESPN 2.
Seems to be saying it is the Wild West where Billionaires help. Any regulation seems to help versus No Salary Cap. Like we have now or Baseball has no Cap now.  Any Cap will help versus no cap. Legislation of some sort versus no cap would seem to help Marquette. Show talks much about Portal too.

Are you claiming responsibility?

As Muggsy says when confronted with fair points or questions- that's "irrelevant" ;D

The government got us from Kitty hawk to the moon in 60 years.

The government won WW2, rebuilt Europe and subsequently led to arguably the greatest and most equitable US economy ever.

The government built arguably the most impressive public transportation project in the world in a relatively short time in the interstate highway system.

The government built and maintains the most powerful military in the world.

Don't be ridiculous.

Belieiving the interstate system is a great public transport system instead of public railways is crazy.

Real ball knowers know the interstate system was designed for one thing, moving military fast.

To be fair, the MUBB athletes also border on being basketball players.

Mark Cuban made roughly $2.45 billion in cash from selling his majority stake (73%) in the Dallas Mavericks for a $3.5 billion team valuation in late 2023,

Mark Cuban's Indiana Football money goes pretty far in a NCAA sport league where Players were previously paid by Scholarships

MarquetteMike1977

Passing The Score Act could limit how much of the Billions Mark Cuban may apply to Indiana Football.

Not sure what else can be done
