Oh please. No one who loved Ramsey also loved a guy with corn rows.

Not sure about Theo James, but I've always been a big fan of Marcus, Cam, Parnham and O'Toule.

And of course, Hamilto. That goes without saying.

I was with you until Hamilto, especially after adding "that goes without saying". Really 82? I think Ransey should take his starter position.

Quote from: Biggie Clausen on November 17, 2025, 12:48:50 PMI don't know about that.  There were plenty of people on here who loved when he would flex his muscles in celebration after picking up his second foul five minutes into the game.  Then again, those were probably the same people who said Traci Carter was Jay Wright's biggest recruiting miss.  Strange times.

Fairly certain Theo James never did this in a Marquette game.

No, but Ramsey is rowdy and randy.

This is correct. He's Dominic James' little brother and never was a showoff.

Does he still have eligibility? Could use him.

Marquette's lack of NIL didn't help.  But Ramsey's head was always in his rectum and he played like dung

After the Indiana and Maryland games, I reluctantly admit that this is simply not a good team - right now. What is puzzling to me is that there are good players on the team. Ross, Gold, and Lowery are good. Maybe not superstars but really good, solid players. And, James and Stevens both look like the real deal. Parham can provide some good minutes and even Hamilton can play a little bit for a few minutes here and there. Sean Jones is a question mark and Owens continues to be a lost soul who may eventually figure it out. Phillips has shown he can shoot a little but I have not seen him do much else. Granted, there is no strong player art the 5 spot, but you would think there is enough talent in that group to play better than they have.

It is certainly possible for a talented group of players to never jell as a team. It happens. And maybe the weakness up front is more significant than I realize. Maybe they get better over the course of the season; maybe they don't.

The one hope is that Lowery, Stevens, and James continue to get better this year. But, then who are they going to be playing with next year? Pearson will be a freshman and cannot be expected to solve the frontline problem by himself. Maybe Parham develops into a solid, reliable player - maybe. Owens... Jones... Hamilton? Who knows. But, I am concerned that, quite frankly, next year may not be a lot better.
