We have to get more from Royce and Caedin.  I'm a little perplexed as to why Royce wasn't pulled after a brutal stretch of basketball.  He's gotta tighten his handles and protect the rock better.

IMO, we're a pretty bad team when Gold/Hamilton are out there together. Since Gold gives us more, need to significantly reduce Hamilton's minutes. Our energy goes up considerably when Hamilton goes to the bench.

Tie is good at this point.
Maryland went 4 for 4 on first threes, then went 1 for 6 after.

Freethrows hurt MU, missing front ends, etc and Maryland having 11 made. Just another over aggressive defense scheme.

MU 7 for 24 from three.  On pace for well over 40 three attempts.  Maybe make some key ones in second half.

I think it's clear Shaka doesn't really trust DO.  Parham is better when he gets a bucket or two in the paint before moving outside.  I don't mind the spot threes, but him going downhill and using multiple dribbles is not a recipe for success.

Agree. And yeah Ben probably can't play the 5 all season physically, but his rebounding has gotten so good that he can hold his own. He's definitely our best option at the 5.

Not bothered by Royce missing 3's. Needs to be stronger with the ball and more aware.
