Marquette gameday

Is MU still using Marquette Gameday app to get tickets to your phone wallet? I tried to login and couldn't get in, tried to reset PW and never got an email on resetting PW. I probably missed some e mail on the subject.

I struggled logging in under the "Manage my Tickets Ticketmaster" section, but I was able to log in to "Manage my Tickets Mobile Web".  I can access my tickets there.

I called the ticket office after I posted and they didn't have a solution. I deleted and reinstalled the app but have same issues so will need to call back tomorrow.

I logged on via the web, not the app and got in fine.

Logging in through app and website worked for me.

It does look like you have to create an account for the app this year.

Talked to MU on Thursday, they figured out the problem but needed Ticket Master to do something on their end.  The problem supposedly was I had 2 e mails associated with my MU account. MU has yet to get back to me on a solution.

I did a bunch of trail and errors and finally was able to get my tickets.  I synched my MU account, Gameday account and Ticket Master account to same e mails and then it worked. Disappointed on MU's lack of response.  Thought I Would post in case anyone else is having problems.
