I have been privileged to travel a lot pbi, and I know you have as well.   I've been to the Carribean numerous times on dives and twice to Jamaica.  They (as well as the Haitians I have met) are some of the warmest people I have encountered.   And no, we weren't smoking ganja.  These are two countries I will always root for and they've had tragic histories.  We need to help as much as possible in this situation.  We all know the debacle of the funds raised for the Haiti earthquake.  We must be ready to act immediately if this is as catastrophic as predicted.  God bless the people of 🇯🇲.

Coffee every morning is a must.  Rarely in the afternoon unless I'm having an espresso for some reason.
+ on the Coke Zero!  I have one of the several flavors about twice a week at lunch and stick to seltzer water the rest of the time.
German style beers anytime are a good time.
