Quote from: ChuckyChip on August 26, 2025, 09:16:53 AMMU did a ticket pre-sale for season ticket holders.  Lower bowl seats along the sidelines were $150 and $250, which I thought was way too much, so I passed.

Did they actually sell them? It was just for a "put your preferred seats" thing for me. Never got any follow up
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

Yeah, that's correct, it was to reserve seats...but the prices were $150 and $250.  Maybe based on the (lack of) reservations those prices might drop.

Looking back, last season's schedule was released on Sept. 12.

Could this season's sked come out this week?

I saw a UConn person (maybe a reporter) on Twitter say that they got word the Big East schedule is dropping next week. Hopefully they're wrong and it drops early but it seems like next week

I was wondering about.  I was thinking it should have been released by now.
In hindsight, I recall reading something that "the BE schedule release may take longer than usual with all the TV partners.

Thanks for the info. Next week would be fine, too. Not that any of us have any control over it!

In addition to the home games, friends and I have gone to the game at Butler each of the last 3 years and have really enjoyed it. Great atmosphere, reasonably priced seats just a few rows behind the MU bench, and Indy is a pretty fun town. So I'm hoping it falls on a date when we can go again.

If at Butler is on a Saturday this year then I plan of going. I haven't been to Hinkle since Buzz

I'm dying for the schedule to get announced. I need to plan my winter (mainly 2 Florida golf trips) and it all revolves around #mubb

It's been on a weeknight the last few years. Hope you get to go this season.

Bigger dump than Wrigley.

Yes.  On the other hand, it is easier to get a ticket there than it is at FiServ and the drive is shorter for me.   So, a decent tradeoff.

TV networks and times came out on 10/2 last year.

Yeah, there is a "falling apart" feel to Hinkle. But I don't care that it's a dump when I've paid under $100 to sit 10 rows behind the Marquette bench and have a perfect view of the game.

That's cause most people don't feel like catching Legionnaires disease by going to a game there.

I only caught it once. I found that it was kinda fun being part of a legion.

I like going to Chicago.  And Baltimore, DC, Detroit.  There is some sarcasm there, but not as much as you might think.

He's been leaking a lot of games. Makes me think the schedule will come out this week. Also, by process of elimination, I think we'll get Providence on or near New Years Eve

We always seem to go there in December.
