We lost 2 top 40 picks and didn't replace them. I thought a 7 seed would have been a really good achievement heading into the year. Turns out we may actually beat that a little.

That's a solid perspective.

And, it's interesting, but if MU would have had a crap non-con and turned it around in conference, I know I'd be feeling a lot better going into postseason.

But, the non-con results ended up being fool's gold.

Expectations, timeline, end result, etc.

At end of non-conference season we were talking about possibility of as high as a 2 seed, beat 3 of the top teams in the big 10, possible big east regular season title, Kam a possible All American.

Now it's like...."well we are playing better"

I think that's a pretty darn disappointing end to the season. Nice thing about college ball is a March run cam change that pretty quick

Agree. Marquette did beat Georgetown on March 1st and Georgetown though missing Sorber has a winning record 17-14. We might of have been banged up. Keep hope alive.

Our top wins are waaaaay better than St Johns. Their best win was Saturday.
