This is mildly unrelated. I am actually done with Joplin. I don't get it. It never really worked and we somehow had 19+ minutes of it for 3 years.

I loved the guy for 3.5 years. He has been god awful lately. maybe one good game every 4 contests.

Our upperclassmen just completely hit the wall. Damn. Other teams upperclassmen are peaking at this time. Bad sign when the young guys have the most bounce. Guess it's a good sign for next year.

It's not the uniform. It's not the refs. It's a lack of leadership at all levels. I used to think it was the team playing timid, but it really just looks like our seniors are cool with just coasting. Sadly, the only one that isn't cool with it is Jop--but he's in the biggest slump of his career.

It's an absolute mess right now. And buck stops with Shaka. Need to make hard choices and light fires.
