We should probably be glad to have held on to him this long, but huge loss. They have been the most successful program on campus during his time here. This is the first big test for Broeker.

It's going to be a very challenging rebuild in the short term considering how senior heavy last year's team was.

Theis is taking over for a legend. He was once at Florida. SEC is strong at VB. Best of luck to Ryan. The job he did at MU was outstanding.

Agree this is a huge blow to the program, and Theis will be very difficult act for anyone to follow.
His departure is also very surprising... in that it did not happen sooner.

Good luck to coach, and I will also be rooting for the Gators now in addition to MU.
