Get Jop off the floor.  Total loss of focus.

CountryRoads

What on earth is Jop doing?

Joplin cannot dribble a basketball.  It's truly shocking how badly he handles the ball.

The Sultan

Looks like The Gus Bus isn't getting off the bench for The Hall tonight.

It's annoying to keep hearing announcers harp on our rebounding. We're 4th and 6th in the conference in def and off rebounding.

It's not really a weakness this year.

I like being able to laugh at a SH offensive player with a forearm shiver not being called and an apparent brush on a wrist being a foul

He's okay taking a few dribbles to the hoop from 15 feet out.  When he starts dribbling like crazy 40 feet from the rim in the open floor it drives me up the wall.

Keep in mind one of these announcers stated he looked most forward to visiting Omaha among the cities in the BEast.  "The restaurants" is apparently one of his reasons.  Lol.

Oh wow completely forgot about him. Wonder what the deal is there.

Not according to several pages of this thread.

Went as well. Based on what I saw Seton Hall basketball is on life support. Curtains covering the entire second level. Lower bowl was maybe 35-40% occupied. "Student Section" was essentially two rows of kids right next to the Marquette bench. Not a good look.

MarquetteMike1977

The practices we have been at Shaka really focuses on defending the 3. Xavier and Seton Hall combined 3/28 from 3

I think he's coming back from injury.

Man, I know game threads are 100% emotion, and 0% actual thought, but for a blowout road win, where we lead for the final 37 minutes this thread is ugly.
Scoop motto:
Quote from: ATL MU Warrior on February 06, 2025, 06:04:29 PMthe stats bear that out, but

The game threads are ridiculous. And its by and large the same handful of posters who feel the need to vent their frustrations over every detail that some 18-22 year old does wrong during a game. One of those handful once tried to compare it to watching a game with friends at a bar, but I know if I acted like that, my friends would leave and/or the bar would kick me out.

It is fine.  Free speech and all.  Own it after the fact.
