MU can finish anywhere from 2nd to 7th in the final conference standings. MU can not win the conference (even with tiebreakers) as G-Town and 'Ville still play each other head to head. Even if both teams lost their two remaining other games, their head to head match up will put one over the other (and ahead of MU).
It'll be extremely unlikely for MU to finish in 7th, as Cincy just needs to lose one more time to guarantee MU a 6 seed or better. Looking at Cincy's remaining sked below, they'll lose at least once.
For MU to finish 6th, West Virginia would have to go 3-1 down the stretch and MU would have to lose out.
MU is most likely to finish from 3rd to 5th.
Even though we hate them, now is a real good time to become a Louisville fan. 'Ville victories over ND and G-Town would be huge for MU's chances at a bye. Louisville is the one team MU really has no legit shot at catching (unless they lose out and we win out, but with two games for them at home, it's unlikely).
ND and UConn's sked's, while they seem favorable, can be dicey. I guarantee South Florida gives the Irish fits at home to end their season.
MU's got no gimmes left, but the biggest thing MU has going for it is only two conference games left. A bye is still well within reach.
