I agree with Raft that Jop is doing good things to get into the lane. Million dollar move, Zero dollar finishing...as they say.

Just gotta finish through contact and knock down some open shots.

He needs to kick some of those out for open shots.  But he tends to just go and no matter what and drives and shoot.  Half kick outs and it will help him score inside too
