Last year's Central Michigan has one of the worst offensive shot charts I've ever seen, but the defense was good enough for Tony Barbee's first winning records in both overall and conference play. There was a lot of offseason turnover, today we check in on a new-look Chippewas team.

We become dangerous if Jop drills the spot triple and Ben is active.  We also need Chase to settle down a bit and find his game.  Sometimes guys think they're Speedy Gonzales which is totally unnecessary.  There's only one Speedy, play your game.  That means moving the rock and ball reversals, a little change of pace off the dribble, angles, back-doors, floaters, lob dunks to our bigs,  and precision attacking in our h-c sets.  All 5 working as one, shredding dudes, and taking no prisoners.  This is doable and I fully expect us to elevate our play by Friday.
