From East Troy in Wisconsin, from jails in East Troy, they opened their jails, Mequon, Fond du Lac, they're letting dentists out of their prisons and jails, they're letting them out, their jail population is way down, their mental institution population, but this is all over the world. Many of them are major, major criminals, murderers.
