Sure even if all 5 of those games are 50/50, it's 1/32 chance it all falls that way.....still it's a chance and fans hope on chances like that.. if it doesn't happen and we get a 2 seed and even if a 3 seed. It's what a fan hopes on.
I think your logic and disposition would say NO CHANCE at a national championship.... Guess what I'm hoping on it!!

Had they both lost tonight and we beat UConn, might have been a slim chance. But with UNC winning I think they've locked that last 1-seed. Honestly, we probably lost our chance when Nova crapped the bed against DePaul (lost a Q1 win) and Providence beat Creighton (took away a Q1 opportunity).

But we're a 2-seed lock now.

They definitely are damn good. But ... we were within 5 of them late and had the ball - even though they played great, we were without our All-American PG, and Oso and Ross were still dragging.

Lots of really really good teams - including Marquette. I would take the field over UConn.
