You do a lot of damage to victims of sexual violence by doing things like the times did here. You now have generated substantial future doubt on new reports.

Not to mention the leg work they did in helping justifying retaliatory atrocities to it.

Lots to take in there

Lol, beyond parody

“Schwartz said she then began a series of extensive conversations with Israeli officials from Zaka, a private ultra-Orthodox rescue organization that has been documented to have mishandled evidence and spread multiple false stories about the events of October 7, including debunked allegations of Hamas operatives beheading babies and cutting the fetus from a pregnant woman’s body. Its workers are not trained forensic scientists or crime scene experts. “When we go into a house, we use our imagination,” said Yossi Landau, a senior Zaka official”

Recording atrocities based on vibes.

Also the founder of Zaka is a cool dude

“In the early 2010s an allegation of sexual abuse by Yehuda Meshi Zahav was made to the police, who soon closed their investigation; everywhere his name was mentioned "the door was shut". But after it was reported that Zahav had won the Israel Prize in 2021, a newspaper published accusations that he had been using his status and power to assault women and minors since the 1980s. After a new police investigation was started he tried to kill himself, ending up in a coma, and dying a year later.”

ZAKA is a bizarre organization.  On one hand, they do commendable work in the aftermath of tragedies...but its also run by and largely made up of Hasidic Jews who have an issue with the state of Israel as a whole, despite being citizens of the country.

But people think there is a wall of silence from peers when trying to hold law enforcement or politicians accountable?  They got nothing on protecting their own bad apples like the ultra-Orthodox.
