As seen in the Shaka video from todays student giveaway

https://x.com/marquettembb/status/1762617761837007330?s=46&t=U-AHlJzbDMiVo4IU4Vew_w

Yeah, saw him limp off the court and head to the locker room during the game. Came back and gave it a go, but it was short lived.

He wasnt on the bench most of the second half, but then came back in the game for a little bit late in the half.  Hopefully this is just precautionary.

He rolled it against DePaul.   I assume he tweaked/aggravated it against X.

Hopefully he is ok to go against Providence as he is probably best suited to defend Carter. That said, more important for him to be right in the upcoming games than this one.

I’m guessing Stevie will be guarding Carter.

Certainly to start the game. But it would be nice to have Ross to spend some time on Carter, too.

Like SW says, though, it's most important to have Chase (and all of his teammates) as close to 100% healthy as possible come mid-March.

Not Marquette's problem since PC is playing Butler in Milwaukee tonight per PC's local newspaper.

Agreed that Stevie will spend time on him. I just meant Chase's size would be helpful on Carter at times.

We got here early and the way Ross went through the early warmup I would guess that he isn’t playing.

He walked through the layup line with no jumping then took some set shots out of a corner.
