Why are you an MU fan?

I'm not sure I'd say I am that big of an MU fan.  Certainly am not a rabid fan like I was in my younger years.  The Wojo era and distance from Milwaukee stripped me of that.  However,  I graduated twice from MU.  It's nice when they win.  Days like today don't bother me much because I'm not that invested.   That said, I saw nothing today that makes me think it's realistic to expect Marquette to win the rematch.  Only the most delusional of fans would think Marquette is anywhere near UConn's league.   Fools like you and VBMG can pretend they are, but I'll be waiting for your excuses in a few weeks.

The only people who should quit watching or commenting are those who thought Wojo knew what he was doing. Those folks actually hurt the program. They either didn't have the courage or she knowledge to say Wojo was very limited in ability.  Either is detrimental. It's pretty sad. Shaka is on the verge of having more winning seasons in the BE than Wojo had in 7 seasons.

He's suggesting that if people get so "pissed off" and "embarrassed" about the result of a college basketball game, maybe they should find something else to do with their time. Because having your feelings so dependent on the results of 18-22 year olds playing a sporting event is kind of a strange thing to do.
