Nova has good computer metrics and some very high quality wins (UNC, Memphis, Creighton, Texas Tech, and Maryland). They lost a 1 point game to UCONN.

Road conference games are hard.

And Kam being out is probably worth more than 0.5 points, especially without knowing Chase would be returning. It was looking like a possible 7 man rotation, with 2 of them being very inexperienced freshman.

They also have one win in 2024 against anyone not named DePaul, at home by a point against an injury riddled Xavier squad.

Real nice effort and passion by them tonight to get back into it and battle, and the next 5 get easier, but they finish off with a slate @uConn, Providence, SH and at home v GTown and Creighton.

I had a feeling they would flop after the game in Milwaukee and now they've lost 5 straight.
It would surprise me if they made the dance.

In all seriousness, my wife has said from Day 1 that "Wow, what a great player, but he needs a new haircut.  With that cut, he looks too much like he's associated with Jan 6th types.". Speculating Villanova fans thinking the same.

The last several games we've a 15 minute stretch of awesomeness to start either the first or second half, and the rest of the game has been mostly meh to bad.  Last night we turned it around and had another good 5 minutes when we really needed it.

Sasquatch levels of disappearance (there's your conspiracy), but in Kolek's defense, he was doubled and bodied in those games.  I don't believe teams get away with full-contact defense in the NCAA tournament; Big East in January it is apparently acceptable.

Jan 10 was way worse. Nova fans were doing what many scoopers do ("ur a white male so ur an awful crazy conspiracy person!"... but meanwhile the person shouting it is a hillbilly dork white beta male). That's all.
