Francis Xavier Pembleton.

Easily one of the best characters and shows that I've seen. It's very difficult to find but worth the time. (I believe it's the music that's been the issue for streaming rights etc..)

I finished a Brooklyn 99 re-watch a few weeks ago. 

Such a great show .. shocking that Captain Holt is really gone.

Truly an amazing talented actor, and from all respects an amazing human being.  Sad to hear this news.

One of my favorite episodes of Homicide was when he got an innocent man to confess to a murder - his delivery was so intense.
