2nd half adjustment- imo  the team is quick enough to get back in transition even if they make a better effort to rebound missed shots. Push butt. Don't worry about fouls. Chase Ross will push Shannon and Kam will hit a bunch of threes.  Give me one more beer, if it's no trouble.

From Ben Steele early in the game.  ;D

Tyler Kolek's s%$!t-talking remains completely healthy. #mubb

Maybe Tyler should injure the other ankle. Then will be unstoppable.

Haha that's great.

Serious kudos to the medical and/or training staff. If one didn't know Kolek had sprained his ankle a few days earlier, one never could have told watching the game.

He moved completely free-and-easy on offense, regularly got wherever he wanted, had good push-off when he posted up, and maintained his assignments on defense, too.

It was pretty amazing to watch.

100% agree - best part is, 6 days rest until Maui. That was a physical game last night, and hopefully Oso is OK as well.

For sure.

Tyler was the best player on that court by a wide margin last night.
He was amazing to watch, and my U of I friends mentioned that they felt lucky to get to watch him play despite the loss.

He moves so well, he sees so well, he controls so well.
He passes effortlessly and is scoring with more and more ease.
On the other end he rarely seems overmatched or out of position, he battles.

One interesting note was that we noticed on several timeout huddles he wasn't even inside the huddle or didn't seem to be paying attention.
I joked that it's because he knows the game plan better than Shaka.
Shaka didn't seem to care, I think he realized he was in the zone

Any images of Kolek's ankle from last night? Watched the press conference and Underwood said it was black and blue.

My gif didn't load earlier in the thread, but it was Mr Miyagi doing the magic healing in Karate Kid. But yeah, that's kinda how it feels like it happened.
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

No rest Saturday night. We'll all be doing the limbo at the Luau, players included

Good Lord! That bruising is high up the leg. What a warrior.

That's just a skin tone mismatch with the new foot they grafted on.
