I know Sean’s numbers weren’t great last year but as a Frosh, I saw enough that I thought he could be a great Shaka-type player.

Size will be a limiting factor but I think junior-year Sean will be a problem for Big East teams

Sean Jones has been the most eye-popping improvement from any player thus far. Really gives you confidence about MU's future. If Kolek and Oso depart after this season and you keep the rest of the band together, MU should still be ranked coming into next year, possibly highly.

I agree with the first sentence, although Ross also has definitely gotten better.

Haven't seen it mentioned elsewhere (though maybe it was), but that run-down block of a 3-point attempt was one hell of a defensive/hustle play. If that had happened in a Final Four game - or maybe even in an important Big East game - it would be talked about as one of the defensive plays of the year in college basketball.

Yeah, I'm super pumped about how Sean has looked so far and hes definitely greatly improved.

But since Fridays game it seems a lot are quickly jumping to his improvement and ignoring Chase's since it was more expected through off season chatter.

Next year it’s very possible though.
