1.  The Huskies will win some games this year IF they keep doing the work.   Interesting pieces.
2.  10 MU players saw the floor in the first 12 minutes.   Which leads to...
3.  Shaka was subbing fast and furious.   May as well.
4.   Looks like I was wrong about 4 guard sets.    Lots of them tonight.   I am not yet a fan, but I will have to get used to it.
5.  Who else soiled themselves when Joplin went down?
6.  The freshmen did not look overwhelmed on defense.   Offense can be improved upon.  Nice touch pass from Zaide to Ben.
7.  Sean and Chase look like they have made the expected leap.  Chase even got some run at the point. 
8.  Switching all 5 with Sean on the floor has not been solved yet.   They switch when they can off the ball to get him out of the post, but it is not yet seamless.
9.  A very long stretch without TKo, Kam, or Sean on the floor.    The offensive flow stagnated a bit.   But, this is what early season games are for.
10.  MU won.   They played 10 for meaningful minutes.   Don't focus on MU not pulling away.    Next!

Pluses:
1.Chase Ross looks ready to take a major step forward.
2.Kolek, Oso and Kam are as good as ever.
3.I liked the freshmen, especially Zaide - strong, solid D and good on the glass.
4. Offense hummed when the regulars were in.

Minuses:
1. Rebounding
2. On ball D, especially from Gold and Jop.
3. Stevie's shot looks the same to me.
4. Sean Jones is lightening but too often out of control.

All in all, pretty solid opener.
